The official launch of a mineral wool insulation production plant in Izmir, Turkey

On December 24, 2024, the official launch of a mineral wool insulation production plant in Izmir, Turkey, took place.

This is one of the most advanced facilities in Europe, designed and built according to “green” construction principles. We use only environmentally responsible basalt rock and cutting-edge equipment to ensure the highest product quality.

The cornerstone of our production line is a cross-sectional electric-gas furnace with a capacity of 7 tons per hour and an operating melting temperature of 1,520°C. This technology ensures a homogenized melt and uniform basalt fiber with minimal thermal conductivity.

We implement advanced technologies and rigorous quality standards to guarantee that every product batch meets our clients’ demanding requirements.

Comprehensive automation of production processes and quality control at every manufacturing stage enables us to produce high-quality products that comply with global construction industry standards worldwide.

Our specialists are a team of experienced engineers and technologists, and they continuously refine our processes to ensure product consistency and long-term durability.

In 2026, we plan to expand our facility by commissioning a second production line.

Increasing our plant’s production capacity will enhance our export potential, allowing us to supply larger volumes globally and support the construction industry with premium-quality insulation materials.
